One of the key strengths of the PGDM from PAFM is the variety and flexibility in the teaching pedagogy to be used to enable meaningful learning. Each member of the faculty is encouraged to make use of rich basket of pedagogy consistent with the course learning requirements as well as the overall focus of the PGDM. The teaching pedagogy shall combine lecture cum discussions, cases, simulations & games, role plays, self learning projects / studies, field visits, group projects and also independent research. Needless to state that high quality facilities in the Library and Computer Labs will always support the learning experience provided at the Academy. Advance preparation by the students as well as active participation is required to further enrich the unique learning process.
